Dear Friends, if you are starting a website—be it a personal blog, affiliate site or a small online store—one thing may seem boring to you: legal pages.
But to tell you the truth, ignoring them is a big mistake.
I am Ghulam Mohiuddin, founder of MohiRDO, and I have been earning online and doing website work from Pakistan for the last 5 years.
When I started my first blog, I skipped the legal pages and the result? AdSense used to reject it every time. It was totally frustrating!
Now I am telling you an easy trick: Using ChatGPT, you can create professional legal pages—like Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer and more—for free, without any lawyer or expensive tools.
It’s simple, you can customize it to your liking, and it’s totally beginner-friendly.
I will guide you step by step based on my real experience—I’ve tried it all with blogging, website development and affiliate marketing.
So, let’s make your website trustworthy, ready for AdSense approval, and legally safe.
Ready? Let’s get started.
What Are Website Legal Pages?
Website legal pages are basically those sections that clarify your site’s rules, way of handling data, and disclaimers, so that both you and your visitors stay safe.
In simple words, this is the fine print that makes a site professional.
When I was running my sites like Hub4allMovies, I noticed that these pages convert a hobby blog into a professional setup.
These include Privacy Policy (how you use user data like cookies or emails), Disclaimer (if I have given advice on your site, limit my liability for that), Terms and Conditions (rules about how your content or service may be used), Refund Policy (a must if you are selling something), and also About Us and Contact Page which give a personal touch.
Now the question is why bother? It’s simple, Google AdSense and affiliate programs like Amazon Associates consider these pages mandatory for approval.
Plus, they are also helpful for SEO as they build trust for your site and improve search rankings for queries like “best movie review sites” or “affiliate marketing tips.”
Why Use ChatGPT for Legal Pages?
Now let’s talk about ChatGPT. ChatGPT is a game-changer as it generates customized and easy-to-understand legal content that is tailor-made for your website.
Meaning, no money spent, no time wasted.
During my early days in Pakistan, when it was difficult to get affordable legal help, I used to copy generic templates which hurt SEO as it would create duplicate content.
ChatGPT has changed all this—like a smart writing buddy who asks you questions and writes the exact pages according to your niche.
The best part is, it is free (basic version), fast, and helps in semantic SEO as it naturally includes LSI keywords like “website policy generator” or “ChatGPT prompts for disclaimers.”
Of course, it is not a replacement for a lawyer, especially if your site is complex, but for beginners it does 80% of the work in blogging and earning online without spending a single penny.
How to Create Legal Pages Using ChatGPT (Step by Step)
Now comes the step by step process of how to make legal pages with ChatGPT.
I use this process for my blogs and it has got me AdSense approval multiple times, and it is also updated for the AI content disclosure trend of 2025.
Collect the Details First
First of all, collect the details. You need to write clear information about your website so that ChatGPT can give accurate and personalized output.
This is an important step because ChatGPT works well only when you provide specific information.
You make a list: website name, URL, niche (like movie reviews, affiliate tools), owner details (like me Ghulam Mohiuddin from Pakistan), contact email, data collection methods (like whether you use Google Analytics or not), and monetization (AdSense, affiliates).
Then decide which pages you want: Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, etc.
My personal tip is that I save all these details in a simple Google Doc.
This avoids generic output and also aligns your pages with global compliance like GDPR or CCPA if your audience is international.
Copy All Below Code and Paste in ChatGPT
....
I want you to act as a professional website content writer & legal page creator. Your job is to create essential website pages (Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, About Us, Contact Page, etc.) that are customized according to the website type and content.
Before writing, please ask me these questions to collect the required details:
Website/Business Name:
Website URL:
Type of Website (e.g., Blog, News, E-commerce, Educational, Tools, Entertainment, Affiliate, etc.):
Main Content/Services (what kind of content you publish or services you provide):
Owner/Company Name (if available):
Contact Email:
Location/Region (for compliance, e.g., US, UK, EU, Asia, etc.):
Do you collect any personal data? (Yes/No, if Yes, what type: email, cookies, analytics, etc.):
Monetization Method (AdSense, Affiliate, Products, Services, etc.):
Which Pages Do You Want Me to Create? (Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Terms, Refund, About, Contact, etc.)
Writing Rules:
Content must be specific to the website type and content.
Do not use random generic templates. Instead, adapt language to match the website’s niche.
Example: For a movie website, disclaimer should mention entertainment/reviews.
For a tools website, disclaimer should mention accuracy, usage responsibility, etc.
For an e-commerce website, terms should cover products, returns, and delivery.
Write in easy English so users can understand.
Keep tone human, professional, and trustworthy.
Make it AdSense-friendly (transparent, safe, and unique).
Use headings, short paragraphs, and bullet points for readability.
Write the Prompt for ChatGPT
If you want to create legal pages using ChatGPT, it’s very important to first provide a detailed prompt.
A simple and vague prompt won’t work; you need to clearly explain what ChatGPT’s role is.
Like the prompt I always use: “Act as an experienced website legal page writer. Create a customized Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, About Us, and Contact Page for my site. First, ask me for details like site name, URL, niche, data collection, monetization methods, and location.”
In this way ChatGPT will first take all the details from you and then write the pages as per your requirement.
This process is interactive, as if you were talking to a consultant.
From my experience, this is much better and gives SEO-friendly results than vague prompts like keywords “user data protection” or “affiliate disclosure statement.”
Customize the Output
But remember one thing, it is very important to customize the output.
If you just copy-paste, SEO will be harmed and the content will also look generic.
Like I had made a Disclaimer from ChatGPT for Hub4allMovies, but added my own words to it: “We do not host or stream movies; all links are external.”
This was niche-specific and was a perfect fit for my site.
You also have to use simple English, remove legal jargon and give a conversational touch.
Put your real contact info and don’t forget to update it according to the laws, like now we have to mention AI tools.
Honestly, this step shows your authenticity and Google also likes original content, so 70-80% AI and 20-30% your edits is the best combo.
Publish on Your Website
Then the last step is to publish.
Go to your CMS, create a new page and paste the content after making it readable with headings and bullets.
If you use WordPress then use an SEO plugin like Yoast and add meta description and LSI terms like “free legal page templates with AI.”
And one more pro tip, definitely check the pages in mobile view because most of the people read on their phones.
Link in the footer for easy access and internal linking also improves SEO crawlability.
Example: Privacy Policy for a Movie Website
For example, the privacy policy of a movie website could be like this: “At Hub4allMovies.com, we respect your privacy. We use Google AdSense for ads, which may set cookies. We don’t host movies or collect emails unless you subscribe. Affiliate links from Amazon may earn us commissions.”
This was clear, AdSense-compliant and niche-specific.
I also added a disclaimer for reviews: “Reviews are our opinions only.”
This is why I got AdSense approval quickly.
Tips for Beginners
Simple tips for beginners: Don’t make things complicated, stay transparent.
Always disclose monetization, like “This site uses affiliate links.”
Update policies every 6-12 months as tools and laws keep changing.
Don’t copy from competitors, create your unique content with ChatGPT.
And if you are doing affiliate marketing then add refund policy from the beginning, buyers’ trust is built.
Once I forgot to mention cookies in privacy policy and because of that AdSense approval got delayed for weeks.
Since then I double-check with SEO tools.
Is ChatGPT Free to Use for This?
And yes, ChatGPT is free too.
Basic version is enough for legal pages, I created dozens without spending a penny.
But if you want to generate more content then Plus plan is worth $20/month.
FAQs About Legal Pages and ChatGPT
Straight answers to FAQs:
Legal pages are a must—to avoid trust, AdSense and legal issues.
Create a separate privacy policy for each site, generic copy hurts SEO.
Legal pages indirectly boost SEO as Google improves rankings by looking at trust signals.
AI-generated legal content is safe for the basics, but in complex cases, a lawyer’s advice is best.
Final Thoughts
In the end, I will just say that creating legal pages is not a boring task.
ChatGPT makes it extremely easy and fast, just like it happened for me in Pakistan at the starting time when resources were limited.
In the last 5+ years of blogging and online earning journey, I have learned that small things make the foundation strong – from AdSense approvals to loyal readers.
If you want to take your website to the next level, then write the details, open ChatGPT and make your legal pages live.
You will thank yourself later.
